T-30 Days (May 20) — Foundation Lock

Calendar: 2026-05-20 (for 2026-06-19 race start). T-30 has passed. This doc now serves as a retro-checkpoint and template for future Newport-Bermuda campaigns on Lupo Di Mare.

TL;DR

  • Foundation lock by T-30: crew, boat, registration, polar, and base routing analysis in place.
  • Race-week practice schedule locked — the drill cards in drills/ reference this calendar.
  • ORR / SDL cert status documented — (historical: VPP polar was PENDING ORR as of 2026-05-16; the cert is now FINAL #US43225 and loaded.)
  • Major race-week deliverables scheduled — every TBD in the role playbooks has a target date.
  • Weather analog framework read once; classification begins at T-10.

Crew & roles:
